Explore and learn more about the history and architecture of our neighborhood! 2 Tours: Wednesday, July 10 and Monday, August 5 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
There will be a limit of 50 participants on each tour and online preregistration through Preserve Minneapolis is encouraged to assure a spot.Cost is $8 per person.

Low-Interest Home Improvement Loans
Lynnhurst has secured funds through the Minneapolis Neighborhood Revitalization Program and can finance your home improvement project through low-interest loans administered by the Center for Energy and Environment(CEE).
There’s no maximum income limit and you can use the loan for both exterior maintenance or remodeling and interior energy efficiency projects. Contact CEE for complete program details.
- 3% fixed interest rate
- $5,000 - 20,000 loan amounts
- Maximum repayment term of 10 years
- First come, first served
